SHIPPING POLICY

We’re so glad you chose Soltaré! Once you place your order, our team gets to work carefully preparing and packaging it for you. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.
Delivery timing depends on the shipping method you choose and the carrier. If there are unexpected delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues, we’ll do our best to support you.
Please double check your address at checkout to help prevent delivery issues. If something seems wrong with your shipment, reach out we’re here to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We truly want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be accepted, items should be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in original condition
• with original tags
Certain items are final sale, including clearance pieces, custom items, and gift cards. If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return and everything checks out, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for it to appear depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping may apply unless there was an error on our part. We understand that mistakes and changes happen! If you need to update or cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re no longer able to make changes.
